What's On Tonight (Monday): Happy trails, Lone Star

Tonight's Top Pick is the series finale of 9-1-1: Lone Star, wrapping after 72 episodes. And with that, Animal Control (26 episodes and counting) will now be the longest-running scripted live action series on FOX. I know I say it every week, but the state of network television is just depressing as hell.

While I wonder whether FOX will eventually just get out of the scripted live action game, let's see what else TV has to offer us for Monday, Feb. 3. All times are EST.
