I hope that you are watching the State of the Union speech so you'll know what's bullshit and what's not when it's reported. I don't know and don't care who is doing the Republican response although I kind of hope it's Marco Rubio so we an watch him sweat and down bottle after bottle of water.
The speech itself starts at 9 PM Eastern though they are probably talking about it already and making baseless predictions of what Biden will say and even more baseless predictions of how he will say it.
Where can you watch it? It would probably be easier to tell you where you can't. The Cartoon Network is a good guess for no. It will be unavoidable on network television, including PBS. The cable news stations will cover it but don't be surprised if Fox "News" talks over it like Martha Quinn at Live Aid (ask your grandparents). I don't know and don't care what OANN and Newsmax count as but I would not recommend turning to them
