What's On Tonight (Monday): Yeah, I like fishsticks!

Tonight's Top Pick is TMZ Investigates, with the hottest topic of yesteryear, "Kanye West: Unhinged But Unstoppable." Is there really anything new to say about this topic? Thankfully, CBS' scripted shows come back next week, so that will get me four Mondays of something interesting to talk about.
