What's On Tonight (Monday): Come on up for The Rising

Tonight's Top Pick is the season finale of The Rising, a British show that aired on The CW. It concerns a woman trying to solve the mystery of her own death. Now that I've written that, I'd love to see a show or movie with the inverted premise. Our protagonist has died, is thrilled to be a blithe spirit and only reluctantly saves the day because someone they care about is in danger.

While I stream Oh! Heavenly Dog and Just Like Heaven for inspiration, let's see what else TV has to offer us for Monday, July 17. All times are EST.
