Seriously, how good does that look?
That's from this article all about how local chefs are getting creative and making their own cheeses. There's some recipes in there too, although they require unhomogenized milk, but don't tell you how to get it.

My only nitpick is, that haloumi up there? The article raves that it doesn't have that squeaky texture that supermarket haloumi has. I love that squeak!
