💻 STREAMING
⭐ Castle Rock (Hulu, 3 a.m.): FINALE. Hulu's vague description says: "The opposite of Joy."Joy is Annie Wilkes daughter, sorta, and at this point mostly a zombie. She's part of the army recruited to find an angel that brings Amity back to life. Annie also has lots of... issues. The season has Tim Robbins as the dying head of a crime family (The Sun Dog), who realizes too late that the town is going to a dark place. His son Ace (The Body) and Barkhad Abdi is also a nice touch. The season is better than the first, scripts more refined and plots more deserving o f the performers, but twists kinda struggle and writing never rises to what everyone deserves.✔️
The Gulf (Sundance Now, 3 a.m.): Who and where is Lucy? Jess is running out of time to piece the puzzle together. Meanwhile, Ruby is hiding something.
