The International Criminal Court has expanded its jurisdiction to investigate Myanmar for mass persecution and crimes against humanity in its treatment of the Rohingya. Myanamar does not recognize the ICC but Bangladesh does and they have (unhappily) taken in the Rohingya refugees. [The Guardian]
