⭐ The Goldbergs (ABC, 8 p.m.): For a show that I no longer regularly record, it still knows the way to my heart. For no real reason other than it can, The Goldbergs features a mini Cheers reunion with Kirstie Alley, Rhea Perlman, John Ratzenberger, and George Wendt, who are customers of Geoff's new food delivery service. The Goldbergs house is like a place where everyone knows your name.
Isle of Chimps (Smithsonian Channel, 8 p.m.): SPECIAL. Visit this safe haven of Ngamba Island, where chimpanzees, most arriving as orphaned babies, recover from mental trauma, form a new family, and learn how to be chimps.
The Masked Singer (Fox, 8 p.m.): Four new masked singers sing.
Nature (PBS, 8 p.m.): Five scientists who learned that keystone species can make or break the ecosystems they live in recall stories of their adventures in the wilderness in the 1960s.
Riverdale (The CW, 8 p.m.): PREMIERE. As the residents of Riverdale prepare for its upcoming Independence Day parade, Archie receives a phone call that will change the rest of his life forever.
Schooled (ABC, 8:30 p.m.): Sadly, no SNL reunion. In fact, Schooled sits out of Cast from the Past. After watching Rudy in C.B.'s class, a student wants to play football. Principal Glascott suggests Lainey find a girlfriend to give her advice on life, so she tries to befriend Wilma.

Preparing for trial, Tim notices interactions between Edie and the prosecutor that make him uneasy.
David Makes Man (OWN, 9 p.m.): More about Raynan's home life is revealed. Gloria exposes a disturbing secret about her childhood.
Family Time (Bounce TV, 9 p.m.): PREMIERE. Devin is supposedly thousands of miles away at school despite several sightings of him around town, and Donnie receives threatening letters from someone trying to come between him and his new girlfriend. Later, Tony's new binge-watching obsession changes his whole outlook on life, and Lori adapts to her new hippie boyfriend's lifestyle.
Heartland (UPtv, 9 p.m.): Jack tags along on Amy and Ty's romantic trip to Pike River.
Modern Family (ABC, 9 p.m.): Married... with Children reunion? Boston Legal reunion? The Class? Ed? The Knights of Prosperity? Out of Practice? Big Apple? It's none of the above. The veteran comedy also sits out of the Cast from the Past promo. Instead, Phil, Claire, Alex, and Luke realize the babies might help them with a few things on their to-do lists, so they offer to give Haley the day off.
Nancy Drew (ABC, 9 p.m.): SERIES PREMIERE. In the third TV series and fourth TV portrayal of the classic teenage private eye (minus the movie incarnations), newcomer Kennedy McMann takes the Nancy Drew mantle. You might remember her from the incel episode of SVU last season. (I gave it a D-.) In this pilot, when a socialite is murdered, Nancy finds herself a prime suspect in the crime, along with a group of other teens present at the scene. Of course the teens must team up to clear their own names. Every Nancy actress is still trying to live up to Pamela Sue Martin, who was near perfect in the role and will appear in this new series.
SEAL Team (CBS, 9 p.m.): Bravo Team continues their mission in Serbia to track down an organization linked to the bombing of multiple American military outposts. Jason Hayes' past returns to haunt him and leaves him contemplating his future.
Single Parents (ABC, 9:30 p.m.): Angie is sent into a tailspin when her long-absent ex-boyfriend Derek (Adam Brody) suddenly appears on her doorstep. Angie asks Will and Miggy for help because she can't resist Derek, which is this show's Cast from the Past since Brody is Leighton Meester's IRL husband... and a reunion of Life Partners and The Oranges. Also, Douglas and Poppy try for a romantic second date.
Taken at Birth (TLC, 9 p.m.): PREMIERE. In the first part of a three-part, six-hour special, "Black Market Baby Dealer," the spotlight in on the Hicks Babies, around 200 babies who were brought to Ohio from the 1940s to '60s and sold on the black market by Thomas J. Hicks, who had their real biological information erased.

Deadly Engineering (Science, 10 p.m.): SERIES PREMIERE. Episode one goes into the Chernobyl nuclear disaster and how it created a deadly radioactive ghost town.
A Gamble with the Devil (ID, 10 p.m.): SPECIAL. A woman fails to pick up her husband from the casino and is later found dead. Gotta catch a killer.
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (FXX, 10 p.m.): It's "Dee Day," a day which will live in infamy. The guys are in the final preparation stage for an unknown scheme when Dee enters to inform them that it is "Dee Day," and they have to do everything she wants without complaint. Truly a day that will live in infamy.
South Park (Comedy Central, 10 p.m.): Randy celebrates the success of Tegridy Farms, Meanwhile, Cartman refuses to get a shot.
Stumptown (ABC, 10 p.m.): Sorry, no HIMYM or Veritas: The Quest reunion. In hopes of becoming a certified private investigator, Dex seeks mentorship from veteran PI Artie Banks (Donal Logue). Hoffman grows suspicious of Grey after evidence proves that he has a connection to a victim in his case.
S.W.A.T. (CBS, 10 p.m.): The mayor tasks Lt. Lynch with enacting a departmental review of the squad right as they pursue the unstable and dangerous fugitive leader of an infamous doomsday cult. Luca asks the team to invest in his new passion project, a Guatemalan food truck.
Wild Metropolis (PBS, 10 p.m.): More tales about critters who have adapted and thrived to life in the metropolis.
