Politics Corner, September 5th



I have construction images today because there's lots of contstruction going on in Milwaukee right now. Also because we are busy piecing together a new world out of wreckage.

Don't think for a second that the trade war between the US and China is over. I'm not sure it's even a good idea to enter into talks considering who we'd be sending. Either China will get a good deal or there will be no deal. Please, please, please don't let there be an October surprise. [CNN]

A Federal Judge says that 11 parents who were deported without their children must be reunited with them in the US. [The Hill]
