What's On Tonight (Monday): The Futurama Is ... Now!

Tonight's Top Pick is the 14th season premiere of Futurama, happening at 12:01 a.m. on Hulu. This is at least the third time I've made Futurama a Top Pick, which is funny since I'm merely okay with the show. Minus, of course, the big two tearjerker episodes.

Futurama, 12:01 a.m., Hulu. Fourteenth season premiere. "Beef" and "Catfish Hunter." "The Professor attempts to create lab-grown meat so Fry can compete in the world hot dog eating championship." Later, "Bender travels to Mississippi in search of a sexy scammer who ripped off his grandmother." Two episodes available, followed by one per week through Monday, Sept. 28.

Furious, 12:01 a.m., Hulu. "Flash Flood." "Alice and Danny pursue a lead out of town. Catherine assumes a new identity."

The Chelsea Detective, 3:01 a.m., Acorn TV. Fourth season premiere. "Death on the Aether." "Butler Lucas is found dead in the Thames. The investigation gets complicated when the team learns that Lucas wasn't Lucas at all: he was Billy Paige, an undercover journalist investigating the household of self-made fashion mogul, Clare Curtis."

The Ridge, 3:01 a.m., Acorn TV. "Mia discovers that Cassy was hiding secrets, leading to a violent confrontation between Ewan and Teddy. Little does Mia know that Ewan's hiding a secret of his own."

Summertide, 3:01 a.m., Acorn TV. "Hannes confronts Joanna about her alcoholism. Wilma struggles with campaign pressure. Tristan attempts to win back Yolande. Rebecca deals with Estella's blackmail. American Ninja Warrior, 8 p.m., NBC. Two hours. "Central Regional Finals." "It's all or nothing as the remaining central region ninjas compete for a spot in the national finals. Round 1 features two new obstacle courses, followed by the Tripleheader, grouping the fastest ninjas as they go head-to-head-to-head."

The Wall, 10 p.m., NBC. "Sydney and Nick." "From Las Vegas, Nick and his wife Sydney have dedicated their lives to helping others through medical missions and community service. Now they take on the Wall for a life-changing chance to win millions."
