What's On Tonight (Tuesday): Eh, read a book, people!

Tonight's Top Pick is Ms. Pat Settles It, airing at 9 p.m. on BET. Because I just couldn't justify giving it to Bill Maher: The Kennedy Center Mark Twain Prize for American Humor. Or the In The City reunion. Or the season premiere of Kitchen Nightmares. Or the Bravo premiere of The Real Housewives of London. What I'm getting at is that there's a lot of crap scheduled for tonight, so you can easily skip watching TV.
