The 13h step is unofficially official. Not everyone takes the step of hooking up with someone else in recovery. Recovery is never ending. Alcoholism will survive the heat death of the universe. So the unspoken, forbidden, inevitable 14th step is relapse. Relapse should be talked about more. It's a cult and inescapable. The 12 (14) steps form a circle.
