Tonight's Top Pick is Wild Cards, the Canadian series airing on The CW, because I'm continuing my efforts to give every network series the Top Pick honors. Cards is airing its 29th episode.

Good Morning America/GMA3, 7 a.m. and 1 p.m., ABC. Jalen Hurts (Better Than a Touchdown), Viola Davis and James Patterson (Judge Stone), Jenna Dewan (The Rookie), and the latest ABC Secret Savings. Later, more with Jenna Dewan, a pre-Oscars interview with Michael B. Jordan and Ryan Coogler (Sinners), more ABC Secret Savings, and the latest GMA Health Alert.

Tamron Hall, times and stations vary. The "Up & Coming Designer Series" kicks off with "Tamron’s stylist, Memsor Kamarake, who helped select this week’s five rising designers, (reveals) what he was looking for in the candidates. Then, from the pages of Vogue to our studio, Rabbi Arielle Stein, known as the 'Shoe Rabbi,' shares some of her favorite eye-catching footwear. Plus, we meet our first Up & Coming Designer of the week, Kimaya McPherson, who traded blueprints for ball gowns and wedding wear."

Below Deck Down Under, Bravo. "Gossip Boy." "As Alesia scrambles to bury a regrettable text, gossip spreads faster than she can contain it. Chef Ben finds his footing in the galley until a broken oven threatens to derail the charter and push him back into crisis mode."
