Don't. Maybe most needs to go but you need to be judicial. The people that helped before need to be thanked. The people who were crabs in the bucket need to be pushed away. Don't know bucket crabs? One crab needs to be watched. Once you've got two or more you are set. One of the crabs will always climb up the side of the bucket and could easily escape but the other crabs grab ahold and drag the crab back to the bottom.
