Tonight's Top Pick is Matter of Time, the documentary about Eddie Vedder's "powerful story of music, resilience, and the fight to cure Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB)." It's where the skin and mucous membranes bruise especially easily, and can result in skin cancer, amputations, and death. Matter of Time premieres at 3 a.m. on Netflix.
