With some embarrassment on my part, tonight's Top Pick is the series premiere of All's Fair, which is dropping its first three episodes at 12 a.m. on Hulu. Somewhere down the line, we've got to learn what kind of sorcery Ryan Murphy uses to get stars (and Kim Kardashian, plus various himbos) in his projects.
