South Dakota is setting the path for the rest of us. A University of South Dakota has been reinstated as an art professor. He had been removed for criticizing Charlie Kirk. He won on First Amendment grounds which seems obvious and should be immune to Supreme Court shenanigans. This doesn't hold out much hope for those who lose private sector jobs as the First Amendment does not apply but for those who have government jobs you are a little more Trump-proof.
