Paolo controlled the early part of DJ to open a sizable lead, then Ian got back into it late to make it a contest. Into FJ it was Paolo with $14,800, Ian at $10,000 and Leslie with $1,200.

Final Jeopardy!

HISTORIC PHRASES - In 1914, Belgium's queen gave this phrase a political meaning, saying one had descended between her and Germany

Paolo and Leslie were correct on FJ. Paolo added $5,201 to win with $20,001.

Final scores: Ian $2,009, Paolo $20,001, Leslie $2,200.

That's before their time: No one knew the "untouchable" lawman played on TV by Robert Stack is Eliot Ness.

Judging the producers: Categories like that Downton Abbey one are the best reason to watch the show on a delayed basis, so you can skip over them. If you're watching live, they provide an opportunity to go do something else until DJ starts.

Correct Qs: DD1 - Who is Eisenhower? DD2 - Who was Dorothy Parker? DD3 - What is isobar? FJ - What is Iron Curtain?
