Tonight's Top Pick is Survival Mode, debuting on NBC. "Across nine episodes, the series chronicles some of the most recent devastating disasters - including the Maui wildfires, the Amtrak 501 derailment, Superstorm Sandy, and the sinking of the Costa Concordia - through firsthand accounts from survivors and rare archival footage." A, this feels like something more at home on The Weather Channel. B, I wonder if they'll get cold feet and postpone the premiere at the last minute out of respect for Texas' flood victims.
