Tonight's Top Pick is the fifth season finale of LEGO Masters, airing on FOX. Because I just couldn't justify making Discovery's three-part Animals on Drugs the Top Pick.

While I'm thankful that the fall season's coming closer, let's see what else TV has to offer us for Monday, July 28. All times are Eastern.
