Tonight's Top Pick is the one-hour, two-episode seventh season finale of The Neighborhood. The second half is the pilot to an intended Marty and Malcolm spinoff that CBS passed on. I'd say that CBS wasn't interested in something only because it's familiar, but, c'mon, this is network television in 2025.
