Sure, jelly is what most people will think of first, but I've never been a huge fan. Back in the banana thread, peanut butter was mentioned, but I didn't really like that combo either.
Once in my childhood, my dad's friend's kids made me a peanut butter and butter sandwich, and that has stuck with me because it was delicious and creamy.
And then Souse mentioned peanut butter and honey, which is now possibly my lunch today. But he said it's best when you pack it, to give the honey time to "soak into the bread and crystallize."

Elsewhere I saw mentioned to add chaat masala, which typically contains cumin, coriander, ginger, black pepper, black salt, and dried mango powder.
On a different note, I intend to make these pupsicles this summer, which mixes peanut butter and yogurt.
