Released by the Ferrero family in the 1960's, Nutella's roots go back to the 1800's.
It was invented in Turin, Italy during the reign of Napoleon. Due to a cocoa shortage, baker Pietro Ferrero decided to use hazelnuts to stretch the chocolate. It was sold as Supercrema Gianduja.
So many ways to use it!
Or maybe some Nutella bars!
