What's On Tonight (Thursday): The CW's calling the po-po

Tonight's Top Pick is the second season premiere of Police 24/7, concluding law enforcement week at my WOT posts. For the record, the runner-up was the third season finale of The Sex Lives of College Girls.

While I reflect on how dull an actual 24/7 continuing series about cops would be, let's see what else TV has to offer us for Thursday, Jan. 23. All times are EST.
