Tonight's Top Pick is the 24th season premiere of Law & Order, marking the return of NBC's Thursday night lineup. In two more weeks, it's CBS-CBS-CBS' turn.

While I stubbornly insist that the L&O that's been on since February 2022 should count as its own new series, not part of the original, let's see what else TV has to offer us for Thursday, Oct. 3. All times are EST.
