In the unlikely event that the election is decided by one Electoral vote, Trump made a desperate attempt to fold the Omaha votes into the rest of the state of Nebraska likely giving Trump that extra vote. Maine is the only other state that separates their Electoral votes. This was done in time for Nebraska but too late for Maine. Why? Because Maine would likely give an extra vote to Dems.
