Tonight's Top Pick is the third season finale of The Great American Recipe. It's a show worth highlighting, but I'm also so, so glad that we're getting closer to the return of scripted broadcast TV.

While I continue mulling over permanently keeping "Primetime" as opposed to specific 8 p.m., 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. distinctions, let's see what TV has to offer us for Monday, Aug. 12. All times are EST.
