What's On Tonight (Monday): The Son Also Rises

Via Tenor.

Tonight's Top Pick is American Son, a 30 for 30 presentation about tennis pro and Olympian Michael Chang. At some point, I'll probably accept the inevitable and make actual Olympics events one of my Top Picks, but I want to see how far I can go with doing so.

While I marvel at how easy it will be to write this week's WOT posts, let's see what else TV has to offer us for Monday, July 29. All times are EST.

STREAMING
Futurama, 12:01 a.m., Hulu. 12th season premiere. "The One Amigo." "After Bender sells an NFT representing the 'Concept of Bender,' he feels lost and returns to his ancestral village in Mexico to rediscover himself."

Signora Volpe, 3:01 a.m., Acorn TV/6 p.m., BBC America. Second season premiere. "A Debt of Honour." "When a pillar of the local community is found dead at the charity he runs, Antonella's friend Vittoria is arrested on suspicion of his murder. Antonella asks Sylvia to help prove Vittoria's innocence - and sends Sylvia off on a trail of blackmail, family secrets, and illicit love. Though Vittoria is cleared of the murder and another criminal is brought to justice, Antonella is disappointed by Sylvia's failure to unmask the real killer. But Sylvia has uncovered the truth, and for honorable reasons, decides to keep it hidden."
