Today's cocktail is the Breakfast at Tiffany's. There are many recipes. I'm going with A Tipsy Giraffe's.
Ingredients
- 1 oz (30 ml) Belvedere Vodka
- 1 oz (30 ml) Rose Liqueur
- 1 oz (30 ml) Raspberry Syrup*
- 1 oz (30 ml) Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White
- Freeze Dried Raspberries for garnish
Instructions
- Put the vodka, rose liqueur, raspberry syrup, lemon juice, and egg white into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for at least 25 seconds, until egg whites are foamy.
- Add ice and shake until chilled, about 5 seconds.
- Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with crumbled freeze dried raspberries
