Today's cocktail is the Breakfast at Tiffany's. There are many recipes. I'm going with A Tipsy Giraffe's.


Ingredients

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Belvedere Vodka
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Rose Liqueur 
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Raspberry Syrup
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • Freeze Dried Raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Put the vodka, rose liqueur, raspberry syrup, lemon juice, and egg white into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for at least 25 seconds, until egg whites are foamy. 
  2. Add ice  and shake until chilled, about 5 seconds. 
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with crumbled freeze dried raspberries
