It's American Craft Beer Week!
But no, that doesn't have to be all you eat.
Brewery staples include:
Bavarian pretzel
Sausage sampler
Chicken wings
Cheese and salami board
I've had a tasting at many breweries in town and just one guy told us not to eat first or during.
Makes sense that a little salt or sweet can change the way their creation hits your tongue.
So drink first!
