Our Top Pick tonight is the season premiere of Survivor (CBS, 8 p.m. / Paramount+, Thursday). CBS' long-running survival competition series Survivor is back for the 46th season in the shows near-24-year history. This has been on my Top Pick backburner for years since it hasn't claimed the spot since the Disqus channel era. Jeff Probst is still the host.

Elsewhere, Vera returns for round 13, Alien goes on a trip, sports is Not Dead Yet, the Conners commute, Lay Lay gets real, Abbott still has substitute issues, Feud gets hunky, Danny Casolaro gets docuseries treatment, the super-powered are back for Part II, and HBO wants God to Save Texas,

Iwájú (Disney+, 3 a.m.): SEASON ONE. "A comic-style animated sci-fi series set in Lagos that explores themes of class, innocence and challenging the status quo."

The New Look (Apple TV+, midnight): Christian is offered a job that will forever change the course of his life. Coco struggles with her outsider status as she's self-exiled in Switzerland.
