What's On Tonight (Monday): Who's up for Going to Mars? C'mon, c'mon, everybody line up ...

Via Giphy.

Tonight's Top Pick is Going to Mars: The Nikki Giovanni Project, premiering on HBO. How have I not realized how prolific HBO has gotten or remains in the field of documentaries? PBS remains the gold standard, but HBO shouldn't be slept on.

While I pat myself on the back for reminding my documentary filmmaker friend to get a copyright for his movie, let's see what else TV has to offer us for Monday, Jan. 8. All times are EST.
