Fed prosecutors don't want Hunter Biden to subpoena files from Trump and others in the previous administration. This looks to me like they are trying to cut his defense off at the knee. It's obvious to anyone with eyes that this is retribution and they don't want him to be able to prove it. [CNN]

Back to Wisconsin, our false electors have reached a plea agreement and admit that Biden won in 2020. They won't be invited to Mar a Lago any time soon. [Associated Press]

DeSantis has "suspended" yet another elected Democrat official. She's suing to get her job back. She'll run again in the next election and will likely win because the people of Orlando are furious about this. Trump isn't the only dictator wannabe. [Politico]

House Speaker Mike Johnson keeps getting uglier the more that we get to know him. He doesn't want to be the leader of the House. He wants to rule Gilead. [NPR]

Barbers Hill High School in Texas has suspended Darryl George again because he has black hair. He was an honors student and a likely scholarship candidate. Now he's spent 80% of his junior year in in-school suspension. He's stuck by himself in a carrel, no teacher, no student company, no extra-curriculars. Needless to say his grades have suffered but that's nothing compared to his suffering. [Guardian]
