What's On Tonight (Sunday): The Force awakens

Aqua Teen Hunger Force

Damnit, Shake! Here's what's on television for tonight, Sunday, November 26!

Our Top Pick tonight is the return of Aqua Teen Hunger Force (Adult Swim, 11:30 p.m.). 8 years since its final season, Master Shake, Frylock, and Meatwad (and Carl) are back in action. Although there was the short-form series Aquadonk Side Pieces and the movie Aqua Teen Forever: Plantasm last year. I didn't discover the show until my college years (thanks to a statistics teacher), but it is great.

ElsewhereBeacon 23 has its origins, Family Guy drinks Snapple, 60 Minutes loves wine, Bass Reeves faces a difficult decision, Disney celebrates the Holidays, Connect Four Built America, and The Gilded Ages goes South.

If they have to get snow in their boots to make it happen, so be it. The city is the only elvish-dominated city for miles and most of Krampus' military force is elvish. However, Bunny and Sandman don't know anything about what Permafrost is doing or if she is even alone, leaving them vulnerable. It becomes an even bigger problem when they learn Hermey, the governor, is also in town.

Zurline soon realizes she will have to surrender some power if they would join because many are populated by native beings like pixies, nisse, and yulelads, who frown on monarchs, especially leprechauns after the Leprechaun Emperor a millennia ago. 20 years after the war, control of the military will be given to parliament rather than with the crown, which ensures MirrTalamh will join as the 16th province. The queen's eldest son, Ralph, a megastar in the military, isn't keen on mom give up power. He wants to fight the compromises so begins gathering an alliance, including several crown-loyal in the military. Zurline hears about the plans through her spy network, setting off the Noel Crown Conflict. So begins a 3-day feud between mother and son where Zurline attempts to quickly build cases for immediate arrests of Ralph's allies while Ralph tries to separate the queen from her aides and guards to then force her to abdicate. Ralph is a firm believer in absolute monarchy. Ralph almost gets his way, but he underestimates the cunningness and quick wit of the queen's body doubles. Ralph would die 9 years later under mysterious circumstances and just weeks before Zurline died.
