What's On Tonight (Saturday): He want that Cake, cake, cake, cake, cake

Marcia! Marcia! Marcia! Here's what's on television for tonight, Saturday, November 25!

Our Top Pick tonight is Buddy Valastro's Cake Dynasty (A&E, 10 p.m.). The pickings for new, untapped programs are slim! I had to watch a lot of Cake Boss back in the day because I had a roommate who used it frequently as comfort TV. I kinda liked the "Sugar, Sugar" title. 3 years after Cake Boss ended, cake-maker extraordinaire Buddy Valastro is back and trying to run a business. I can't say I have any interest in the show. Saturday TV!

Elsewhere, the Doctor has a familiar face, Lacey Chabert gets Lit, Planet Earth has freshwater, Naruto is blessed and cursed, and Austin City Limits holds some Honors.

(All times are Eastern. All listings are new unless otherwise stated. For more listings, visit The Futon Critic or Zap2it.)

She is great in public relations with a perky and blunt demeanor that comes across to all as down to earth and relatable. Many in the press are still clamoring to get a one-on-one with her. Uncomfortable with so much spotlight, Holly is hesitant on so much camera time, but the org needs her. She is also clicking with Jimmy Noel, the one who was supposed to take over for Cassie. Influenced by Jimmy, Holly starts smoking a little pumpkin spice, from a new untested plant variety, before press events. Her tongue becomes a little too loose for some in her opinions on the board of directors, politicians, and other corporations not friendly to Godwink's good-will missions. Then Cassie gets a favor called in from her step-brother, Aaron Charles, who not long ago helped pull strings to free her sister, Jingle Belle, from prison. As someone who works both sides of all conflicts, Aaron thinks Holly's time is up. She is upsetting some in the underworld who like things the way they are. Holly is also getting a little too dependent on the pumpkin spice in doing her daily work.

πŸŽ₯πŸŽ„ A Royal Date for Christmas (Great American Family): The son of King Ralph I, the first Christmasia monarch, has a big public gala planned near his 16th birthday, the family decides he needs to find a date. He is quite introverted and short for his age, which wouldn't normally be in their favor. But they find Diane Shields, a local girl and also the daughter of a rising family in the spice business.
