I was going to run this story last night but once it was time to write anything the jet lag had hit so hard I could barely put out that stub. And I figured you'd rather talk about how Kissinger was still dead. Obviously that's important because Hamas and Israel are both following Kissinger's playbook

But this is important too. If the worst judge in the country rules for Musk as expected and the 5th Circuit sends it on to the Supremes we might be saying goodbye to any media critical of billionaires. We know how several of the Justices feel about billionaires. [Vox]

It is now officially illegal to be LGBTQetc. in Russia. The Supreme Court made its ruling without anyone but government ministers in the court until journalist were allowed in for the verdict. Since there were no named defendants the decision is so broad as to cover mere existence. [NPR]
