What's On Tonight (Thursday): No Painkiller, no ... audience?

Tonight's Top Pick is the premiere of Painkiller, Netflix's look at the origins of the opioid crisis. I want to believe that they'll do this right, but I have my doubts.


While I lament the possibility of swallowing a bitter pill, let's look at what else TV has to offer for Thursday, Aug. 10. All times are EST.
