Our Top Pick tonight is the animated comedy HouseBroken (Fox, 9 & 9:30 p.m. / Hulu, Monday). The poodle Honey (Lisa Kudrow) acts as therapist to many other neighborhood pets and critters. The gang goes has a sitcomy life of chaos and dilemmas. It has an intriguing premise yet doesn't quite know how to break away from standard sitcom-fare to become something special — at least in the season 1 episodes that I watched. The voice cast is top-tier: Clea DuVall, Tony Hale, Nat Faxon, Will Forte, Sharon Horgan, Jason Mantzoukas, and Sam Richardson. Recur-ers include Maria Bamford and Brian Tyree Henry.
