What's On Tonight (Monday): This heat has got right out of hand

Tonight's Top Pick is the second season finale of Cruel Summer, yet another series that I have no clue why I'm not a devoted follower of. It is created by Bert V. Royal, who also wrote Dog Sees God and Easy A.


While I daydream about having endless TV-watching time, let's see what else is available on Monday, July 31. All times are EST.
