What's On Tonight (Monday): Will The Bachelorette find a fella?

Tonight's Top Pick is the 20th season premiere of The Bachelorette. Charity, above, will choose from "25 charming men." For whatever reason, three of those men are from San Diego. Alas, nobody's from Fargo.
