More evidence that the US Supreme Court done fucked up: abortion rights are more popular than ever. They already got slapped down in the mid-terms and maybe they could lie to themselves that it was about something else. A solid majority of Americans believe that abortion should be legal in the first trimester and tempers haven't cooled since Dobbs. [Gallup]

After four years of non-stop violations of the Hatch Act with no consequences, the Office of Special Counsel is daring to accuse this administration and in particular Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre for using the term MAGA to describe Republicans. I don't see how it could be a violation of the Hatch to call someone something that they proudly call themselves. [NPR]
