Happy Solstice!
I found a random series of Chinet polls, you know, the paper plate company.
70% of people think food tastes better in the summer.
Hot dogs are second to burgers at the BBQ, but apparently 32% of people prefer a hot dog to Thanksgiving dinner.
Fresh fruit seems more important at a picnic (54%) than a BBQ, where potato salad takes the lead at 62%.
32% are more likely to cook during the summer, and 58% wish they could eat outdoors year round.
I would say we probably cook more in the summer because of the grill. Not that rain has ever stopped Hubby, but you think of it more when it's warm and light out.
What's something you throw on the grill?
