True Lies |
The gang's all here! Here's what's on television for tonight, Wednesday, March 8!
Our Top Pick tonight is new action series True Lies (CBS, 10 p.m.). The show's pilot was largely a remake of James Cameron's middling 1994 movie where a wife (Ginger Gonzaga) discovers her husband's (Steve Howey) boring work life is a lie. He's a spy! Now the two are an offbeat team destined to save the world... and lie to their kids. It was an okay pilot, but I have doubts about the long term.
Elsewhere, The CW stops Kung Fu fighting, it's Farmers only at Fox, The Ark needs fuel, Frannie Langton makes Confessions, the History of the World involves TikTok, a Conner wants to play in the chamber orchestra, South Park cheats, and the Red Death taunts Team Flash.
