What's On Tonight (Saturday): Soup for you

Food Wars!

Kon'nichiwa! Here's what's on television for tonight, Saturday, March 25!

Our Top Pick tonight is Food Wars! (Adult Swim, 1 p.m.). The fifth and final season of this anime (not Travel Channel docuseries) has now begun and the students are still trying to master the culinary arts and give their teachers and other tasters a foodgasm — tonight's episode focuses on soup. Points to the show for the recipes and culinary science being real. But this is a frequently fan service anime that also includes busty characters in limited clothing and occasional foodgasms where one's clothes fly off. It's (still) weird.

ElsewhereMurdoch helps the president, TNT goes on a Rampage, Decades closes out with one white, one black, one blonde, Hallmark takes a PictureSmugglers roam the South Pacific, and Naruto lives in a dream.
