What's On Tonight (Monday): A Golden Day in Genoa City

"Kind of a drag, isn't it? Stuck in a place like Genoa City. I feel so restless." And with that on the nose bit of dialogue, soap history changed. Today's Top Pick is The Young and the Restless, celebrating its 50th anniversary. Just for the record, I'm specifically highlighting the actual daytime episode, as opposed to the primetime best of special. Y&R wasn't my grandma's show -- she was strictly AMC, OLTL and the one she stuck with the longest, GH -- but I can at least appreciate a long-runner.

Let's see what else TV has to offer us for Monday, March 27. All times are EST.

TALKIN' 'BOUT TALK (No streaming listings today.)
CBS Mornings, 7 a.m., CBS. John Leguizamo promotes his week guest hosting The Daily Show, plus Luke Bracey (One True Loves) and Robert Kraft, CEO of the Kraft Group and New England Patriots owner.

The Kelly Clarkson Show, times and stations vary. Jeff Goldblum (Plays Well with Others), who sings with Kelly, plus Chase Stokes (Outer Banks) and Megan Piphus Peace (Sesame Street).

Tamron Hall, times and stations vary. Samara Joy, the jazz singer who won the Best New Artist Grammy, sings "Can't Get Out of This Mood," plus "Tamron surprises a fifth grader whose music sparked a movement on TikTok" and venerated Emmy winner Glynn Turman (The Legend of Glynn Turman).
