What's On Tonight (Monday): Bridge over troubled NCIS

Via Tumblr.

Tonight's Top Pick is the winter premiere of NCIS. A while back, Cali shared how Gary Cole is apparently not Mr. Popular on that show's set. It's a real shame, since he's a good actor and considering how NCIS has evolved over the decades, you'd think they wouldn't be cliquey. Ah, well, keep cashing those checks, Gary.

Let's see what else TV has to offer us for Monday, Jan. 16. All times are EST.

"The Los Angeles 'Kingdom Day Parade' is the nation's largest and longest running parade and birthday celebration, honoring the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The annual event held on the Martin Luther King Jr. national holiday features talented marching bands, colorful floats, dynamic dancers, dramatic drumlines, spirited cheer squads, VIP city, state and national leaders, clip-clopping cowboy and charro equestrian units and a wide array of multi-cultural community groups marching for social justice and in support of Dr. King's dream."
