Amazon sure does love shows where ordinary people find themselves in extraordinary circumstances. The Peripheral, The Devil's Hour, Outer Range, Paper Girls and Night Sky to name a few (and those are just the ones I watched). This week the ordinary people are Scottish oil rig workers (and Emily Hampshire!) dealing with a weird mist/fog/cloud. It's hard to say what the mist is from the trailer, but this seems to be going for some sort of "we pissed the Earth off" allegory thing. I'm there.
