Tonight's Top Pick is The 48th People's Choice Awards, airing live on NBC and E! I don't know if it's still true, but supposedly whether or not someone would actually attend the ceremony was just as important as the public's ballots when it came to determining a winner. Also, the modern award's not that impressive.
