What's On Tonight (Wednesday): Lie to me

Tell Me Lies

Blessed be the fruit loops! Here's what's on television for tonight, Wednesday, September 14!

Our Top Pick tonight is the drama series Lie to Me (Hulu, midnight). Based on the book by Carola Lovering, the story follows Lucy (Grace Van Patten) through the years as she falls for Stephen (Jackson White), who is dreamy and charming but holding many, probably bad, secrets. I've heard good things about it.

Elsewhere, the Handmaids are back with more Tales, the Aussie classic Heartbreak High is remade, some American has Talent, ABC previews its fall lineup, High School Musical present Frozen, the last challenger is Challenged, a Chef proves themselves a Master, the Marsh Pride lions have a tale, Archer faces the Swiss, and Junior is enters his hoe phase.

πŸ“Ί Sabrina: The Animated Series (Tubi, now): If you still have a Sabrina the witch itch, the 1990s sitcom spunoff its own animated spinoff, which is probably one of the last primetime shows to do that. The show closely resembles the sitcom sibling, but here Sabrina is a middle-schooler and the voice cast is different, sans Salem. Gotta have Nick Bakay's voice.

Sins of Our Mother (Netflix, 3 a.m.): LIMITED SERIES. When Lori Vallow's kids vanished, the search for them unearthed a trail of suspicious deaths, a new husband who shared her doomsday views - and murder. This docuseries is also in the news because an arrest was recently made.

Tell Me Lies (Hulu, midnight): "Take Off Your Pants and Jacket." So much for the small talk.
