Tonight's Top Pick is the premiere of The Rookie: Feds, headlined by Niecy Nash-Betts as Simone Clark, "the oldest rookie in the FBI Academy." It's not to be confused with the 1988 comedy Feds, starring Rebecca De Mornay and Mary Gross.
